Each of our pieces is thoughtfully designed and crafted with care. To maintain the highest standards of quality and hygiene, we currently do not offer returns, exchanges, or cash on delivery.

  • As our collections are prepared with attention to detail and made available in limited quantities, we are unable to accommodate returns or exchanges for reasons such as personal preferences, sizing choices, color selections, or orders placed incorrectly.
  • All purchases are processed through prepaid payment methods only, and cash on delivery is not available at this time.

Exception: Defective or Damaged Products

Returns are accepted only in the case of a manufacturing defect or if the product is received in a damaged condition.

Eligibility Conditions

To be eligible for a return due to defect or damage:

  • The issue must be reported within 48 hours of delivery
  • The product must be unused, unwashed, and in original condition
  • Original tags, packaging, and invoice must be intact
  • Clear photo or video proof of the defect/damage is mandatory

Return Approval Process

  1. Contact our support team within 48 hours of delivery.
  2. Share your order details along with images/videos clearly showing the defect.
  3. Once reviewed and approved by our quality team, we will arrange a return pickup (if applicable).
  4. Approved returns will be processed as:
    • Replacement, or
    • Store credit, or
    • Refund (at our discretion)

Non-Eligible Cases

Returns will not be accepted for:

  • Size or fitting issues
  • Color variation (due to screen/display differences)
  • Minor inconsistencies that are part of the design or craftsmanship
  • Orders reported after 48 hours of delivery
  • Products that are worn, washed, altered, or damaged by the customer

Refund Timeline

If a refund is approved:

  • Refunds will be processed within 7–10 business days
  • The amount will be credited to the original mode of payment
